I ve been following this issue for awhile. it's good to see that we can access it via opera mini now.
however, from what I think, the best feature of blackberry for a CRM system is that blackberry can give more mobilability for the people working on the field.
as a blackberry app, it should be able to work offline. and it will be able to store some info on blackberry, so that it will be working more efficiently. other features will be; be able to capturecall ,email from blackberry and log to CRM; push CRM info to blackberry, so that the users will be always in touch.
i am evaluating SalesNOW at the moment. it really make sense of it.
from what i ve seen now, it seems like zoho focus more on iphone platform then blackberry.
any progress on developing a real blackberry app from Zoho?
