Hi,

it looks like the plugin that do push email from Outlook to zCRM (Zoho CRM for email) doesn't work when using a shared mailbox.

In outlook web, the plugin icon disappear, 

in outlook desktop, it gives me an error when I try to associate :

Everyone has this? any workaround?
