We are a growing Physical Therapy practice that rely heavily on referrals from orthopedic doctors, hospitals, lawyers, surgery centers and managed care contractors (marketing agents). CRM can easily track these referral sources BUT how do we effectively record/track/analyze the actual patients that they send to us. A simple example is referral source A sends us Patient John Doe.
