Zoho CRM for our Logistics Team
Hi Team - just want to pick your brains if this is feasible in Zoho CRM.
I have managed to integrate almost all our business processes in Zoho CRM except for our delivery/logistics team.
What we want is for all Deals on the For Delivery stage to be manually scheduled for delivery by our Admn/Logistics supervisor.
I am thinking of just creating events for those Deals and then have our Delivery team check in for those events once they deliver the products.
I also thought of creating a custom module to copy all Deal details and our Admin/Logistics supervisor can work from there.
Another option would be to transfer data from CRM to Creator so my Logistics team can have a separate app instead of using CRM.
Anybody with a similar use case and what were the options and solutions that worked for you. Thanks in advance for insights!
