Dear all,

I have a feeling that Zoho CRM is note suite for retail business. I have a small business with household products. When I try to make sale some products for customer, the Deal module (Is it use for sell?) try to register deal, but it is more likely I'm providing some B2B services or projects. The mandatory field is deal's name, account...and you can not choose products. 

I can't see which modules us for selling products to customer B2C. And I can not find any docs about Retail use.
