Zoho CRM for Serviced based business
Looking to make the leap to zoho. I am very pleased with the features and flexability of the CRM application. However, because we are primarly serviced based company, we do not hold inventory nor do we always sell a physical product. This would require the ability to provide unique line items by discription in the quotes and invoice. similar to what is possible in zoho invoice. and many stand-alone invoice software. Is there any plans in the near future to have the ability to disable the link between products and quotes/invoices and allow unique line items? this is all that is really holding us back from moving to zoho crm. has anyone come up with a reasonable work-around without having to add a new product each time?
