Zoho CRM Forecast - Exclude certain Deals
We have our forecast and we use it for team forecast/targets/attainment. It works great for that.
However, occassionally we have to offer Deals that are non-revenue generating, but are tracked in our CRM. They still have revenue tied to them, but our clients receive a credit for the amount. Long-story, but I'll spare the details - what we are trying to have is the ability to exclude certain Deals from the Forecast.
For example, if there is a custom field of "Type" in the Deals module. I would like to exclude all Deals where Type = "Giveaway".
It seems like ALL Deals, regardless of anything, as long as they are Closed Won in the pipeline (which these still would be) are counted in the Forecast, with no ability to customize or edit how the Forecast is calculated.

Entering the bill multiple times is not only time consuming, it defeats the purpose of having a unquie identifity bill number and will allow for possible duplicated entry.
