Zoho CRM Formula

I need help with a formula. I am paying people to enter leads into my Zoho CRM. They get paid based on how much information that they provide. For example, if they enter the Leads First Name , last name and Property address, they get $3. If they ALSO add Phone Number, Reason for selling, they get $5. Is there a way to write a formula for Zoho CRM that will recongnize which fields have been completed, and automatically generate a dollar amount that is owed based on the number of fields that are filled in.
