Zoho CRM freezing when trying to add a new Contact

We are experiencing difficulty when trying to add a new Contact. We are finding that the page will not load but just had the "Loading" message for some minutes and does not ever open.
It is only a recent problem.
Anybody out there got the same issue or knows a fix?
