Zoho CRM - Google Contacts Sync Not Working

Hello all!

I've been butting my head on this issue since last Friday and I hope someone here can help.

I setup Zoho CRM (Professional Edition) to sync with Google Contacts (Google Apps for Domains) following the instructions on the wiki. I also installed the Zoho CRM app in Google Apps Dashboard and all the permissions are green.

I've re-created the sync pair 3 times (even ticking the "My " check box for good measure on the last attempts, to no avail).

I also made sure that the Google ID associated with the account was the right one.

Searches through the forum archives, FAQ and Wiki haven't yielded results (though I have difficulty believing that I'm the first person facing this - maybe my keywords are off).

I would be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction with this.
