ZOHO CRM HAS NOT BEEN ACCESSIBLE FOR 20 HOURS+???

I am a bit frustrated...
Yesterday morning, my sales reps and I noticed zoho CRM loading very slowly and freezing up many times. Then, around 1pm, it stopped working for good. Since yesterday, none of us have been able to log onto zoho CRM from the office or from our homes. We can navigate throughout the website, but when attempting to log into the CRM, we get the "Loading... Please wait." message until the page times out.
I have tried calling yesterday and they were no help; after taking a screenshot the failed ping to the crm server, they e-mailed me saying it should work but it does not.
I tried calling right now but I was on hold to speak to someone from the support department for 30+ minutes until the second receptionist answered and sent a support ticket.
Is anyone else having a problem logging into the CRM???
