Zoho CRM - How to delete a User?

Hi,

As of now, You can only activate or deactivate the users , you can't delete the users. So, during registration kindly provide a genuine Email Id for the Login Name.

In case if you enter a wrong or junk email id for login name during signup ,it is not possible to change your Zoho CRM Id .

But you can able to change the contact email id to which mails are sent (by default email id is your Zoho CRM Id) by editing the user details.

We will provide the option to delete the users in our next major update.
