Zoho CRM - How to report on emails synced to CRM via IMAP

Zoho CRM - How to report on emails synced to CRM via IMAP

I know that Zoho CRM has email functions built in, and that I can get reporting on emails sent using those functions. For example, in the Contacts module, there is a filter for Email Status. 

The reporting capabilities do not seem to work with emails that are synced to CRM via IMAP. How can I get a report for these emails?
