Hi
we have two independent Zoho services users that can easily share and collaborate on Zoho sheets. We have both signed up for the free CRM trial but neither of us can now invite the other person. When attempting to add an additional user to CRM we get the following message:
Zoho CRM ID already exists. Please use a different Zoho CRM ID.
Please let us know how to rectify this log in dilemma
