Hi,
I'm currently evaluating Zoho CRM for my B2C travel business. From reading
https://zohocrm.wiki.zoho.com/B2C-Tutorial.html and looking at a common sense approach, I don't think I want to use 'Accounts' but rather treat my customers as 'Contacts' and the trips I offer as 'Products'.
I have two questions:
1. I'm new to both CRM and this platform - does this sound like the right way to setup this product for my scenario?
2. This approach means I need to assign a product to a number of imported contacts (around 150). I can't find an easy way to do this - it looks like I need to do this to each contact individually - not a very enticing prospect.
Any guidance on the above would be gratefully received!
