Hello,

As we all know, ZOHO CRM works in a single tenant enviroment and this is OK for many projects, but if you want to grow and get ZOHO an option for very big companies with specific demands, working on a multi-tenant enviroment is a must!

If we want to connect two or more CRM´s instances and exchange data with criteria between them, there is no easy way of doing this, like for example, in the ZOHO Creator enviroment that is multi tenant, i can query other apps within one app.

We already try to do this using custom functions using the API and ZOHO Flow, and none of them result in a real solution.

ZOHO, when can we count with a multi tenant enviroment like we have in ZOHO Creator?
