Zoho CRM in Google Apps - cannot renew license

Zoho CRM in Google Apps - cannot renew license

I was having issues using my Zoho CRM installation in my Google Apps domain so I uninstalled the app. I have attempted to re-install the app which appears to have worked except for the fact that I cannot renew my license for the app.

I click on the link marked "renew license" but nothing happens...can anyone help?
