I've recently integrated Zoho CRM with my Elastix PBX. In our company, we have organized the possible clients, and accounts It's really useful the function click-to-call for our comercials, but I noticed something: when someone calls me, a square appears in the corner with the information of the caller and the possability to add information about the call, to log the call. But, when I call outside, also appears a square on the corner, but it's different:
It doesn't give me the chance to log the call, if want to do that I have to create a call, specify when it starts and ends, and then I can log it. But it's a step more. (In my opinion) I would like to have the same box that appears when the call is inbound. Is it possible?
