Zoho CRM Integration

Get Started. Write Away!
Integration with Zoho CRM is now one step closer. You can now enable the integration within Zoho Subscriptions itself.
You can experience a seamless integration with Zoho CRM to accounts and contacts module.
Just go to Settings -> Integrations -> Zoho Apps and click on Connect against Zoho CRM and customize your options for integration.
Accounts/Contacts will be synched automatically every 24Hrs. However, you will have the option to sync instantly with a single click.
You can choose from the sync options including the option to specify the Zoho CRM view which you would like to be synched.
You can also map various customer information fields in Zoho Subscriptions to the custom fields for Accounts/Contacts from Zoho CRM to keep track of the customer information in both places.
Apart from these you can also check the invoices generated for the customers in Zoho Subscriptions under the Invoices in Zoho CRM Account/Contact information.
You can also view and fetch the CRM details of the customer in Zoho Subscriptions in the customer details section.
P.S. Integration is allowed only in LIVE mode. You can't enable it in FREE TEST mode.
