Thanks for your support! I have a question, Im new to zoho and currently evaluating it for our organization. We are a government institution and basically what I need to know to be able to use Zoho CRM is if somehow we are able to interact with our own mysql database. In our country every citizen have an identification number similar to the social security number in the United States, my question is, can we somehow create a field in the CRM module, that validate the identification number of a contact against our citizens id's database? Ej: When creating a contact, and we enter the person's name and citizen's id number the system (Zoho CRM) checks against our db and accepts the record if it is correct. Is it possible?
