We are looking to see what level of integration there is between the Outlook application and Zoho CRM. It looks like there was a sync option for Outlook 2016, but we cannot get it to work on the latest version of Outlook for Windows.

Is there any official sync/integration between Zoho CRM and Outlook for Windows, some instructions on how to set up would be great.
