Zoho CRM inventory update

I posted a message about this a few hours ago and cannot seem to find it.

In any case, I have just recently started to evaluate Zoho CRM and would like some clarification on the inventory-sales order integration as it pertains to manufacturers.

Being a manufacturer, we import raw materials and convert it into finished goods which we sell. Suppose we imported 10 pieces of items A and 20 pieces of item B. And to manufacture 1 piece of product C it take 2 pieces of item A and 3 pieces of item B.

1. Is there the ability to have logic so when a sales order is being processed for product C, it automatically adjusts the inventory levels for item A and B?

2. Since we are a B2B company, we might want to sell product A or B (the raw materials) to other manufacturers or the finished product C to them. I would think this would be allowed by default. Correct?
