Zoho CRM iOS App Update: Homepage, Survey integration & Multiple file upload for subform

 Hello everyone!

The Zoho CRM mobile app continues to evolve to bring you a smoother and more powerful CRM-on-the-go experience. We're excited to share some important updates now available in the iOS app.

Here's what's new:
  1. Homepage support
  2. Zoho Survey integration support
  3. Multiple file upload support in subforms


Homepage support  

Your Homepage acts as a progress indicator that displays important aspects of your business, including different modules like untouched deals, open leads, upcoming meetings, and more.

The Home page is now available for Zoho CRM's iOS app. You can switch between different Home pages and view components added to each page to get a clear picture of your business activities.

Support for Today's Open Tasks, Kiosk, Stage, and Waterfall dashboard components will be available in future updates. Also, any changes to the Homepage layout must be made in the CRM web app, and it will be automatically reflected in the mobile app.

Note: The Homepage that previously displayed Activities has now been moved to the Calendar.
 

Zoho Survey integration support  

If you've integrated Zoho Survey with Zoho CRM on the web, you can now manage customer surveys on the go from Zoho CRM's mobile app. This means you'll be able to:

  1. Create surveys.
  2. Send surveys via email.
  3. Take surveys.
  4. View responses.
                                               

Support for multiple file uploads in subforms

Previously, the file upload field in subforms allowed you to attach only one file. With this update, you can now upload up to five files in the same field. This helps when you need to attach several related documents or images for a single subform entry.

  1. Make sure the multiple file upload property is enabled for the field in the CRM web app.
  2. The total upload size is limited to 20 MB.
