Why is it so complicated to do the simplest things? I am super frustrated by this platform. They suck you in with what looks like a good deal for the software without telling you you have to invest 10s of thousands of dollars for the software to do anything remotely helpful for your business. 

Why is it so hard to simply schedule a follow up? I just need to make a quick note to follow up with a deal after I have a consultation. Why can't this be a simple click of a button? I don't want to spend tons of time entering information. 

I feel like the whole CRM is a mess and overly complicated for what I want.
