Yes, I know that you can setup conversion mapping, BUT...

In our setup of Zoho CRM when you convert a Lead - that may be for an existing Account - unless the Company Name on the Lead matches the Account Name EXACTLY, the system will not prompt you to add to an existing Account. It will only allow to create a New Account.

Is there a way to change this?
