ZOHO CRM - LEADS SEARCH NOT WORKING

Hi,

We have been experiencing some issues in the last few hours, where in newly created leads can't be found using the search feature. 

If I create a lead "John Smith" and search for it in the system, I am unable to retrieve the file through the search utility. However, the file has been saved and I can retrieve the file by going through the leads view page and manually going through the leads list. 

With over 100 leads a day, this workaround isn't really convenient. Can anyone from the Tech Support please revert to me at the earliest. We are a paid customer for Zoho Crm.
