Now that Zoho has spent some serious time and money on the Phone Bridge system which is great for recording and tracking calls on a desktop PC, they completely dropped the ball by not adding this feature to the mobile app.
50% or more users use their cell phones instead of sitting at their desks. This system already exists in your framework yet you refuse to add it to the cell phone app? I would like to have all my outbound calls tracked/recorded using the twilio phone bridge and the incoming calls to also be tracked/recorded from my cell phone....is this too much to ask? YOU HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY! FINISH THE JOB!
If I create a custom module why does it not show up on the app your support department tells me that this isn't possible? Im paying for enterprise level, which really means "sorry you don't have access to that feature"
So the mobile app is not in real time you have to connect to the server and download the most recent data. Can you tell me what sales person (using the app) needs to work offline! You cant make calls offline! you cant send emails offline! Who's brilliant idea was this? I want access to live data is this too much to ask?
