Zoho CRM mobile app not working

I recently upgraded to the Professional edition of Zoho CRM but I still cannot access the mobile app features. When I try to log-in through the app it simply says: "SERVER ERROR". I tried deleting the app and re-downloading it.

Can you help me get the app to work?
