Settings and preferences save, approval recall, multi-select lookup, and ta

Hello everyone,

We have a few exciting updates in Zoho CRM mobile apps to share with you. Here's whats new:

Filters for lookup (Android)

Let's say you have a lookup field called "Contact Name." When you tap on it, you'd normally see every single contact in your CRM, which could be thousands of names to scroll through. With lookup filters, you can narrow that list down.

For example, you could set a filter to show only contacts from a specific account. So instead of searching through the entire list, you see just the records that are relevant to you.

Notes
Note: You can set up to 10 filters.

Approval recall support (iOS)

You can now recall (or withdraw) records you've submitted for approval.

This is useful when you realize you need to make some changes after submission. Instead of waiting for the approval process to complete or get rejected, you can quickly recall the record, make the required updates, and submit it again.

Multi-select lookup and tag support for Canvas (Android)

You can now add tags and multi-select lookup fields to your mobile Canvas detail layout.

To use this, go to Data > Fields, then drag and drop the tag or multi-select lookup field into your layout and save your changes.

Once added, you can easily tag records or associate multiple related records directly from the mobile view.

Notes
Note: Canvas mobile layouts can only be created and edited from the Zoho CRM web app.

Auto-saved settings and preferences (Android)

Previously, changes made to settings—such as search preferences, display fields, week start day, mail settings, Smart View, Ask Zia, image compression and more—would reset after you logged out and logged back in.

With this update, your latest preferences are now saved and will remain the same even after you log in again across devices. This means you don't have to set things up repeatedly every time you access the app.
