We are currently in a testing phase with Zoho CRM internally. Is there any way to add multiples of the same product to a deal?
We have three different hardware products and our clients often purchase multiples. Right now when we sell more than one of the same piece of hardware to a client within the same opportunity we have to create multiple deals to reflect the correct numbers e.g. when there are three of the same product we have to do Deal 1 of 3, Deal 2 of 3, Deal 3 of 3. As you can imagine this is really cumbersome and hard to keep track of.
Is there a way around this or will you introduce a solution any time soon?
