Zoho CRM Navigation Menu changes

Zoho CRM Navigation Menu changes

I am confused. I am starting to use ZOHO and have been adding contacts leads etc, but when i initially log in to ZOHO I can see "Documents" as an option on the Navigation bar (see below), however, when I return to ZOHO some time later the documents option seems to have disappeared. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
