Zoho CRM New Module Entry not triggering anything in DeBug for custom module

Hi

I'm trying to set up a Flow for a Zoho CRM New Module Entry in a custom CRM module. When I test it in DeBug nothing gets triggered, even though I can see the new entry in the module in question.

Why would this be?
