Zoho CRM Not Linking Incoming Emails to Lead

Hi-

Have enabled Mail Add-on, and POP3 Email Account.  

Successfully SENDS and RECEIVES Emails to/from the POP server, and if No Lead Present, successfully Creates one (via the BCC Dropbox).

Subsequent emails which are sent by the Lead matching the Email DO NOT POPULATE as Received emails directly to the Lead.

Is this functionality provided?
