Zoho CRM Note Tagging Notifications are not Properly Notifying the Tagged User via Email
Since mid/late last week, all of our notes that have a tagged user are not properly notifying that user via their email address. These notifications are showing up in our feeds, but not being pushed to the proper user's email. Is anyone else having this issue or is it isolated to my account alone? In regards to our workflow, this almost puts us at a complete standstill. I have spoken with four different people in support chat and they all say the same thing:
