How can we request Onboarding Support after we purchase a yearly Standard subscription? Is it free, and how much will it cost if there are any charges? Our team had previously used Zoho CRM a few years ago and we need help to customize the template to the same as the previous one we had from the old account. 

Can you also elaborate on how Onboarding Support will work if there is? Is the communication only through email, via phone call, or via virtual meeting?
