Zoho CRM Outlook Addon

I'm getting a pop up that says to "enter a valid username and password" when I attempt to logon to Zoho CRM through Outlook to attached emails. The problem is, my user and password I'm using is correct. Anyone else having/had this problem? I deleted the addon and reinstalled but still no luck. Help!
