Zoho CRM Outlook Calendar Integration - Best Practices

Does anyone have any best practices they can share about Outlook Integration for Calendars with Zoho CRM? Right now we have the following requirements:
  1. All sales team members must log their customer meetings (in-person or virtual) in Zoho CRM Calendar. They do this by adding to the Zoho Calendar we have set up in their Outlook Desktop App

  1. After they enter it on to the calendar, they have to go into Zoho CRM to link it to a customer to make sure we are tracking these meetings properly
The team (understandably) hates the duplication of work. I don't see a way around this. How do other sales teams that use Outlook manage this process? We have to log our meetings in Zoho and we have to have them linked to a specific account.
