Zoho CRM Outlook Calendar Integration - Best Practices
Does anyone have any best practices they can share about Outlook Integration for Calendars with Zoho CRM? Right now we have the following requirements:
- All sales team members must log their customer meetings (in-person or virtual) in Zoho CRM Calendar. They do this by adding to the Zoho Calendar we have set up in their Outlook Desktop App
- After they enter it on to the calendar, they have to go into Zoho CRM to link it to a customer to make sure we are tracking these meetings properly
The team (understandably) hates the duplication of work. I don't see a way around this. How do other sales teams that use Outlook manage this process? We have to log our meetings in Zoho and we have to have them linked to a specific account.
