Zoho CRM PhoneBridge Asterisk 13

Hi there, 

I've set up PhoneBridge with asterisk 13 and Zoho CRM, and can successfully initiate a Click to Dial. 
However, the CRM does not 'see' when the call is answered and remains on a perpetual 'calling' state with a 'CANCEL' button available. 

The call is not logged, and there is no way to control the call from the CRM. 

On inbound calls to the user there is also no activity. 

From the zti logs I can see a lot of errors stating 'no event class registered; 

Is there anything I can do on the asterisk end to make this work> such as EventFilters that would help? 
Also, is there a version newer than:
