When you create an event with attendees in Microsoft Outlook and synchronize it with Zoho CRM, the attendees are now automatically included as participants in Zoho CRM upon synchronization. In Zoho CRM, they are associated to the event as contacts, leads or Zoho CRM users, as the case may be. In case they are not any of these, the email address of the attendees will be displayed in the list of participants.
Similarly, when an event created in Zoho CRM is synchronized with Microsoft Outlook, the participants are added in Microsoft Outlook as attendees.
