I installed the Outlook Plug-In a while back but disabled it because the pop-up window was a bit slow (I now know I could have disabled it but I didn;t know that now).

My problem is that I can't re-activate it. And I apologise at the outset - this is a problem of my own making.

According to Zoho CRM, it's installed and integrated (screen-1253).

But there's no Zoho CRM in Outlook's command bar (screen-1254).

And there's no plug-in to activate in the list of Outlook plug-ins (screen-1256).

How do I get myself out of this mess?!
