Zoho CRM plus Reporting Capability

I would like to know which of the following most accurately reflects the reporting capability of the Zoho CRM plus subscription:

1. It has native reporting but confined to a number of preset reports

2. It has native reporting that can be customised but not including custom fields

3. It has fully customisable native reporting functionality including custom fields

4. It uses Zoho Reports app - and you need a separate subscription

5. It uses Zoho Reports App but there is no separate subscription fee
