Zoho CRM Plus unable to add a new role

I'm trying to find a way to add a new role in Zoho CRM Plus.  The guide that is provided by Zoho doesn't get me anywhere.  Is there a different process for the "Plus" version compared to the standard version?  I have Admin privileges as well.
