Hello,

In Zoho CRM, when adding a product you need to set "tax" value.

However what happens when the Tax rate is dependent on the buyer/customers location.

e.g.

Business is located in: State A

Customer is located in : State B

The tax rate for customers from the same state as the business that is "State A" is lets say 13%

However customers from state B may have a different rate 14% or a combination of 2 different taxes etc.

E.g. countries this could apply to Canada, USA.
