I would like to use ZOHO CRM as an aggregator of leads online and on mobile phones. More specifically I would like to create a CRM where the 'leads' enter their own information into the system (opt-in).
So if I'm at a trade show I can enter leads myself as an Administrator or I can give the 'potential' a way to 'opt-in' on thier own time by visiting a certain url (that only allows them read/write/delete access for their own records).
How can I make the CRM "leads" have the ability to create, edit and delete their own records without being an Administrator?
