ZOHO CRM Question/Bugreport: Dropbox-/Emails to ZOHO show up twice, although they were sent only once
Hello,
EMails we send to ZOHO/Dropbox by BCC: are showing up twice in the respective customer account - although they were sent only once to the specific Emailaccount of the Customer - and to the ZOHO Mailadress/Dropbox.
Occasionally, if I notice Emails in ZOHO which were doubled within the Account, I delete them manually, but this is a poor workaraound.
Is this a bug
you can fix - or how can we avoid this happening?
