Zoho CRM removing Lines Breaks/Returns

When sending an email to a contact from Zoho CRM, we send in HTML to the client and use the standard ariel font and 12 size font. For some reason the customer received the email with all the line breaks remove and returns.  See Below:


But it was sent cleanly from Zoho CRM.  See below -


I attempted to resend the email to my email and same thing happened receiving in classic outlook.  This seems like some emails received to clients get a unprofressional email while other times it works.  This is NOT a template we use and writen from scratch.
