Zoho CRM - Reports

Hi,

I was hoping someone could help with the following query.

We currently use Zoho CRM and I have encountered an issue when trying to use the reports function.

I am trying to export potentials who have reached a particular stage during the process of being one of our customers.

The report is selecting potentials based only on the stage they are at and that they have an email address. There is no other restriction/selection criteria on the report.

However this report is missing records that I know should be included. When I manually check the missing records they are all at the correct stage and have an email address and so should be included in the report that I am running.

I have been able to run a ‘master’ report that includes all accounts, potentials and contacts however this creates hundreds of duplicates. I’m sure there is a smarter way to create the report and/or show all the relevant information missing.

I am confused why this is happening and it would be a big help to hear if anyone can shed some light on this issue.
