ZOHO CRM Reports Displaying Incorrect Data
We have tried various ways to view and export reports, but have run into issues with them displaying inaccurate data.
We basically only use sales orders and product line items, then export that information.
However, say a customer orders with us, when we run a report or export for some of the records it will show an incorrect number of line items, duplicating a line item a couple of times. :-(
For example, John Smith orders
one "Product A" and
two "Product B". In the report it may show that he ordered
one "Product A" and
three or four or whatever "Product B."
We have tried viewing the report within Zoho CRM, exporting it for Excel, as well as exporting to a CSV, and they are all incorrect. :-(
Update: It appears to happen when you have a Sales Order with 2 identical line items:
For Example: John Smith orders one "Product A" and the reports show correctly. If he orders two "Product A" (as two individual line items), then the reports mess up.
