ZOHO CRM reverts changes applied without notice or cause in the last 7 or 10 days

Hi,

I have noted that in these last days, Zoho CRM reverts the changes made by us in the last 7 or 10 days. Any general issue that are you facing?

So, this means we have lost information of 7 or 10 days...

I have checked the auditory register, and changes reflects that we made. But if you go to a given prospect, the last update does not correspond to the effective last update to that register.

Can you help me? I am really concerned about it? If ZOHO CRM can not ensure consistency , it is not the right system for us.
