Zoho CRM running very slowly? Outlook plugin?

Zoho CRM running very slowly? Outlook plugin?

Anyone else experiencing this?  It seems to me it may be linked to the Outlook Plugin as that has been locking up Outlook when I try to add an email as well.  Not sure if that has to do with Zoho or the plugin or both or neither...
